Arnold Mugira

Arnold , currently enrolled at Kabale University’s Faculty of Environmental Sciences, is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences.  Additionally, he holds the position of Chairman games and sports Union in the 8th Guild Government.
