Mackline, a student at Kabale University’s school of medicine, is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree of Anaesthesia and critical care medicine. Furthermore, she holds the positions of Female Guild representative council member for Female Non Residents and Minister of social affairs and cultural mobilization in the 8th Guild Government.
